Ingredients

1 pkg - 4 oz pistachio instant pudding

1 can - 20 oz crushed pineapple - include the juice!

1 cup mini marshamllows ( I omit)

1/2 cup chopped nuts (black walnuts are great, but your favorite will

work fine!)

1 container - 9 oz prepared whipped topping ( I use the larger

container)

Directions

Mix all except whipped topping, then blend in topping. Chill.

Notes

You can dress this up for holidays by using seasonally shaped or
colored marshmallows, and add a 1/4 cup maraschino cherry pieces or
halves, in red and/or green for Christmas!
